1996

Established "Sino-foreign joint venture Ningbo Yining Hydraulic Co., LTD." with SAI Company of Italy.

1997

Rented Ningbo Zhenhai High-tech Park 500㎡ plant officially put into operation, the production of GM series hydraulic motors.

1998

To undertake the "hundred ships project" of the Ministry of Water Resources, and develop hydraulic winch and control system for dredgers;
Obtained the qualification of "Ningbo High-tech Enterprise".

1999

Cooperate with Sanhe Intelligence to develop hydraulic winch and rotary device for static pile machine.

2000

To undertake the hydraulic winch for the special hanging pipe of the west-east gas transmission project, to develop the hydraulic winch with the function of free delivery, and won the national patent excellence award;
Developing the hydraulic transmission device and traveling motor for the trenchless drill;

2001

Self-built 4800M2 plant completed and put into use;
Passed ISO9001 quality management system certification for the first time.

2004

Split with SAI Company of Italy;
IYJW series hydraulic winch obtained the National Torch Plan project certificate;

2005

Established "Ningbo Dagang Yining Hydraulic Co., LTD.".

2006-2007

Moved from Zhenhai to No. 288 Batou West Road, Beilun;
IKY series hydraulic transmission device won the national torch plan project certificate;
Mr. Hu personally won the "Ningbo Industrial Economy Ranking - Special Award for Scientific and Technological Innovation".

2008

Obtained the qualification of "National high-tech Enterprise";
Won the honor of "Ningbo Patent Demonstration Enterprise";

2009

Yi Serene Hydraulic R&D Center obtained the qualification of "Provincial high-tech Enterprise Research and Development Center";
Won the honor of "Zhejiang Patent Demonstration Enterprise";

2010

Presided over the preparation of "Low speed high torque hydraulic motor" industry standard [JB/T 8728-2010];
The drop boat winch obtained the first "DNV" (Norwegian Classification Society) certificate in China;
The hydraulic motor, hydraulic transmission device and hydraulic winch obtained the EU CE certificate respectively.
Acquired "Ningbo Rexwell Hydraulic Transmission Co., LTD.";

2011

The project of "High pressure piston pump and motor transmission device for construction machinery" was included in the national major scientific and technological achievements transformation project;
Registered and established "Jiangsu Lijin Heavy Industry Co., LTD." in Huaian Jinhu to expand the caterpillar chassis business;
"INI" trademark won the title of "Famous Trademark of Zhejiang Province";
IKY series hydraulic transmission device won the "Zhejiang Science and Technology Third Prize"; Pipe hoist winch won the national key new product award;

2012

First passed ISO14000 environmental management system certification.

2013

Obtained the "equipment contractor Qualification Certificate" issued by the General Equipment Department for the first time.

2014

Chunxiao plant put into use;
IYJ46 dynamic compaction winch won the "2014 Annual Technology Innovation Award" of China Construction Machinery Industry Internet;

2015

Participated in the development of the "HP type planetary Gear Reducer" industry standard [JB/T 12230-2015]
Participated in the formulation of "JP type Planetary Gear Reducer industry Standard" [JB/T 12231-2015]
Participated in the development of "Hydraulic Excavator rotary motor Laboratory Durability Test Industry Association standard" [GXB/WJ 0034-2015]
Participated in the formulation of "Hydraulic Excavator Key Hydraulic components installed Reliability Test Method, Fault Classification and Evaluation Industry Association Standard" [GXB/WJ 0035-2015]

2016

Passed the "Intellectual Property Management System" certification;
Participated in the development of the "XP type planetary gear reducer" national standard [GB/T 32798-2016]

2017

Passed the "safety production standardization" certification;
Won the honor of "China Quality Miles quality integrity Brand"

2018

Participated in the preparation of the "National Standard for Offshore Towing Winch for Shipbuilding and Offshore Structure deck Machinery" [GB/T 11869-2018/ISO 7365:2012].

2019

Passed ISO18000 occupational safety and health system certification for the first time.

2020

Passed the "integrated hydraulic winch" Zhejiang manufacturing "product" standard review;
"Hydraulic product parts processing digital workshop" is listed as a digital workshop project in Zhejiang Province;
Awarded Ningbo City "Future factory".

2021

Awarded four-star enterprise management innovation promotion in Ningbo City;
Awarded the advanced unit of Ningbo Harmonious Enterprise;
"Off-road vehicle self-rescue and mutual rescue hydraulic winch" by the province, the first set of domestic recognition;
The product has passed the certification of "product" label made in Zhejiang.

2022

Introduced the performance excellence management model and won the Quality Award of Beilun District Government of Ningbo City;
"Integrated hydraulic winch" won the Zhejiang manufacturing quality;
Awarded as Ningbo Single champion cultivation enterprise;
Awarded the national specialized special new "little giant" enterprise.

2023

Won the third prize of Invention patent of the first Zhejiang Intellectual Property Award;
China Hydraulic Pneumatic Seal Industry Association Science and Technology Progress Award;
Zhejiang Province trade secret protection demonstration site;
Recommended catalogue of key independent innovation products of Ningbo in 2023.
