  • 1. Overview

    IY series hydraulic transmission device is composed of hydraulic motor, planetary reducer, disc brake and various function valve. It has a small radial size and a heavy component.     IY2.5-800CD31 indicates that the hydraulic transmission device is driven by a single-stage planetary reducer, the gearbox module is 2.5, the total displacement is 800mL/rev, the output shaft is connected with a threaded flange, and the hydraulic motor valve type is D31.

     

    4. Parameter Description

    (1) The total displacement is the hydraulic motor displacement multiplied by the reducer transmission ratio

    (2) The rated torque is the actual output torque after considering the pressure loss of 2MPa and the corresponding transmission efficiency when the system pressure is 16MPa or 20MPa;

    (3) Transmission efficiency includes the mechanical efficiency of the hydraulic motor and the mechanical efficiency of the planetary reducer

     

    5. Selection instructions

    (1) The IY hydraulic transmission device is allowed to work under high pressure. In continuous work, the back pressure is allowed to be 1OMPa;

    (2) The maximum allowable pressure of the shell is 0.1MPa. When the back pressure of the system oil return is higher than 0.IMPa, the back pressure of the oil return should be indicated when ordering;

    (3) Hydraulic oil: It is recommended to use high-quality anti-wear, anti-foam, anti-oxidation mineral based hydraulic oil, the ideal working oil temperature is 30°C~50°C, the allowable temperature is -20°C~80°C, when the oil temperature is higher than 60°C and less than 10°C, low condensate hydraulic oil must be used. The viscosity of the hydraulic oil is 40~60 CST, and the allowable value is 5-3000 CST. When a water-based emulsion is selected as a medium, the user should contact the company in time to ensure the availability of suitable products

    (4) The hydraulic oil filtration accuracy is recommended to be 25um, or higher filtration accuracy;

    (5) The hydraulic transmission device can rotate in both directions, and the specific steering is shown in the attached drawing. If the user requires the opposite direction from the illustration, please indicate it when ordering

    (6) Drainage pipe positioning :IY transmission allows installation in any direction. In order to ensure the lubrication of each moving pair in the motor, it is required to fill the motor shell with hydraulic oil before working, and the choice of the location of the oil drain outlet must ensure that the shell is filled with hydraulic oil during operation. When the motor output shaft is facing down, the oil drain port should be equipped with a 0.5bar check valve

    (7) the selection of the distributor: each type of hydraulic transmission device can be selected according to the requirements of different working conditions of various specifications of the distributor, the selection of the principle of the distributor should be considered according to the use of pressure, speed, flow, connection and the integrated valve group requirements; Distributor installation: the oil inlet and outlet direction of the distributor allows rotation at 72° intervals according to the profile installation connection position, but when loosening the screw rotation, be careful not to damage the sealing function of the plane "0" ring.
