HYLJ series hydraulic winch with free lowering function

1. Brief introduction

HYLJ series hydraulic winches consist of a variety of distributors included single or bi-direction counterbalance valve and high pressure shuttle valve for braking control, INM hydraulic motor, Z type brake, C type planetary gearbox, drum, frame and so on. Please refer to the hydraulic schematic diagram for detail. So there are convenient for user to finish a complete system only adding the pump station and directional valve. Due to fit with valve block, HYLJ winches not only simplified the design of hydraulic system, but also improved the reliability of transmission drive. HNYJ series winches successfully solved the problem of shaking in unloading and secondary downslide in lifting widely existed in general winches. Therefore the performance of lifting and lowering would both be very smooth and reliable by HYLJ series winches. Due to use clutch in last level of transmission, it has free lowering function. In addition, a number of excellent features distinguish from other general hydraulic winch design: high efficiency, low energy loss, low noise, and elegant figure, compact design, high economy. So it widely applied on gravity break traction type equipment, caterpillar and truck crane, pipe layer, a variety of drillers with grab bucket traction and break function and so on.

HYLJ3-20-40-14-ZP represents that the module of planetary gearbox is 3, the rated pulling force of wire rope in the 1st layer is 20kN, the capacity of rope is 40m, the diameter of wire rope is 14mm, the winch fits with brake, single counterbalance valve, the pressure level is 16MPa, and the winch has the clutch in last level of transmission.
